I truly believe the reason so many women feel stressed, burnt out, and depressed is because they are disconnected from God and the Holy Spirit’s voice and living out of alignment with the life He is truly calling them into.

Jesus designed us for relationship, not religion. He poured out His Spirit to comfort, teach, correct, and guide us but too often we are caught in cycles of striving, trauma patterns and worldly distractions that keep us from hearing His voice.

When you slow down and come into stillness, He speaks.

His word is truth. His voice brings clarity. His direction leads to peace. And when you learn to operate from this place, everything changes.

My coaching provides practical steps and strategies to help you hear God’s voice. From there, I use my expertise in life coaching to help you gain clarity on your purpose and direction, looking at your God given strengths, passions, and interests, and how they all come together to align with God’s will for your life and business.

Then, through biblical wisdom and practical action steps, I help you break free from trauma patterns and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck so that you can move forward in the direction God is calling you to live.

The enemy wants to stop you from moving forward.

Procrastination is one of the enemy’s greatest tools. He will do anything to stop you from taking action on what God has placed in your heart, using distraction, disconnection, and discouragement to keep you stuck.

But I believe God has specifically positioned and equipped me with the knowledge, tools and biblical wisdom to help you to overcome all of this so that you can step into the life He is calling you to live.
